Progress Self-assessment Tool

This tool is for pilot sites taking part in the Department of Health's Personal Health Budgets Pilot programme.

It is to self-assess your progress towards putting in place the changes necessary to give people personal health budgets, including direct payments for health. The site provides:

  • A self-assessment tool to enable you to judge your progress on an on-going basis, and compare your progress against other sites.
  • A means to provide information to the Department of Health on who is receiving personal health budgets in your area.

Getting Started

  • You should have been given a user name and password for this site. If not, please email natasha.ali@dh.gsi.gov.uk.
